I’m back at it with some more peace, some more love & some more happiness. Wow it’s been a while, but hey! Life has been moving and shaking in all ways..
As we enter a collective rebirth during this Virgo season, it is important to make sure you flow with the feels of the cosmos & not resist. Not only is it Virgo season, but the planet - Mercury is also in retrograde, meaning there’s a whole lot of hibada habada going on and to stay alert for. Such as .. Ex’s circling the block, people bringing up old issues, technology acting up, etc..
Don’t do it.
That’s the answer to all during now. Just don’t do it. Sit back & stay cool, calm, and collected.
I promise you, it will ALL WORK OUT. Now, it’s best to be still & listen. The answers you are seeking will find you. “Ask and you shall receive.”
AND ON TOP OF THAT .. the Full Moon is currently in Picses ..
It’s heavy, but that’s the universe, that’s life. It’s hefty, hefty, hefty!m
The moon being full, is a portal for releasing, to let go! That is .. let go of what no longer serves you. You may feel the waterworks flowing, don’t stop it. Pisces being a zodiac sign that is tapped in with emotions, and being sensitive - this is a beautiful time to allow yourself to physically release with tears. Let them roll, let the pain roll, let the dissatisfaction roll, let the disappointment roll Just let it roll. Down your cheeks and into the seed of life that you’ve planted.
Be sure to remember this..
you chose, what you do with what you have. If there is any area of your life that you feel isn’t up to par, now is the time to DECIDE to release it. To say yes to your spirit, and yes to you.
Here are some things that I will be doing during this full moon to ensure that I illuminate the frequencies I truly desire and disregard of the frequencies I no longer wish to keep in my alignment..
1. Journal… Write. It. Out. Express Gratitude & Forgiveness in your words.
Writing is another beautiful practice of Pisces (well creativity as a whole) so divine!
- I’ll be including two journal prompts at end of blog.
2. Meditate before sleep & when rising up. (Meditate at any time of any day that feels too overwhelming… intentional slow breathing alone can help this also)
3. Cleanse self and space with Palo Santo, Smudge Sage.
4. If feelings surface, address it immediately.. being real with yourself. & move accordingly.
5. Physical activities to release; dance, cry, take a walk, sit by water, journal, color, paint, etc.
Be sure to breathe. It’ll all work out. & just like everything else, you will make it through. May we allow this week to be full of flourishing. We are deserving.
