Talk to Yaself Nice!

Heyloo! Wagwannn, it’s Foreal back at it with some more peace, some more love & some more happiness.


Here’s a check in!

Mental health is important to our journey here as humans. Reason being, our mind essentially has control over our experiences. What we think, , we feel, and what we feel

So, how have you been treating yourself with your thoughts and self talk?

I really hope you’ve been talking to yaself nice!


1 - because you deserve it!

2 - because you deserve it!

3 - because you talk to yourself more than you talk to anyone else!

4 - because what you say to yourself, is what you allow for others to say to you as well!

5 - because you deserve it!

6 - because it manifests into beautiful life experiences!


Let’s elaborate on something here. We are not our minds, we have a mind - and this is so important for you to grasp. Our truest self is our spirit. Our truest self is aligned with love and happiness and compassion.

Now because we live in a ridiculously complicated for no reason society - most of us have to work hard to regain that truth.

We’ve been programmed to believe that we should be hard on ourselves & that’s not it.


The journey to self mastery requires reprogramming the mind. By reprogramming the mind we change our thought patterns. By changing our thought patterns, we change the way we are speaking to ourselves. By changing the way we speak to ourselves, we reshape our physical reality (life).

This all comes down to deciding. When we decide anything, we instantly spark it’s frequency by vibrating on it. So, decide to talk to self nice. Right here in this moment, as you decide it - you will naturally begin to be more aware of what you say and when.


Now, along with deciding and thoughts flowing to you naturally - you have to take some action here as well. One action to take towards talking to yaself nice is, repetitive words of positive affirmation. Here’s a few I use daily:

  • I love you. (talking to self)

  • I am beautiful.

  • I am all that I am.

  • You got this. (talking to self)

  • You are a legend. (talking to self)

  • I am full and complete in the now.

  • I am all that I am supposed to be.

  • I am exactly where I am supposed to be.

  • You are powerful. (talking to self)

That’s just a few affirmations that I have engraved into my subconscious. Repeat these as many times as you need to, for you to FEEL it’s truth as you’re saying it (that’s when the real power pours in). Repeat these, in times of feeling down, overwhelmed and when you’re feeling happy. After saying things over and over and overrrr, they become habitual. So, essentially what most people need to do is reprogram or reshape their habitual thoughts.

I’m going to leave you with this. If you wouldn’t like if someone else had said it to you - you should not be saying it to yourself. Simple. Point blank.

Be gentle to yourself, you deserve to hear soothing words of encouragement and compassion. Give it to yourself & everyone else will follow suit. It starts with you. By talking to yaself nice, you will feel like you are fulfilling your existence as a human. You will begin to feel like you are not in a race against yourself, and that all things are flowing in divinity.
